Salary: AUD 65,000 + commissions

What You’ll Do:



The Australia Sales Development Representative (SDR) interacts with clients to generate sales opportunities and build a sales pipeline with prospective clients for TOA Global, driving the initial stages of the sales process.


  • Daily outreach to prospective customers with a minimum of 100 calls a day, via phone, email, social media, etc.
  • Identify lead generation channels outside of Marketing to prospect for opportunities
  • Conduct high-level conversations with prospects to identify need with of outsourcing with value proposition of TOA.
  • Schedule introduction to identify prospects
  • Consistently meet or outreach activities, align to pipeline with qualified leads based on Account Executive quota
  • Attend conferences and events for lead generation purposes
  • Other duties as assigned

  • 1+ years' experience in a BDR or Junior Sales role
  • Strong communication, written and verbal.
